Here’s an illustrated logo for local (Royal Oak, MI) roofing company. A supposed “caped hero” (i.e. the Roofing Company) is shown “saving the day”. To me he seems to be straining a bit under the weight of his task, sweating even. Not an ideal trait for a hero. And as a “leak specialist” wouldn’t you expect him to be using more than a simple bucket to catch leaks? That’s what the homeowner was doing before this guy was called! Is this the extent of his “specialist” powers? To sweat it out, hoping for the best, with no practical ability to “save the day”? I’m sure a bucket is indeed much cheaper than a roof from this place.
(BTW it’s a slight step up from their old motto: “When It Rains It Pours”. Yeah, that’s also what I want in roof security. Knowing it will rain and pour indefinitely with your product.)
Have a ball.
